How do I Prepare for Chemistry for The NEET Like a Pro?

 Most students preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) give more importance to physics and biology. They treat chemistry like an alien subject that's syllabus is broad. It leads to panic just before the test and low scores in this section. The important thing to remember here is that the NEET Chemistry section has a weightage of 25 percent in the full test for the NEET exam. Not giving yourself enough time for this section can result in lower marks and may prevent you from getting into the college of your dreams.

As you are all aware, Chemistry for the medical exam is divided into three parts, i.e., Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry. All three parts have equal weightage in NEET Exams.

• Physical Chemistry: Mainly deals with numerical problems, so you need to focus on solving numerical problems and applying concepts.
• Inorganic Chemistry: It deals with the basic concept of chemistry like electronic configuration, the periodic table, etc. In Inorganic Chemistry, the question asked at NEET is very repetitive, and that is why understanding the trends and practicing last year's question paper will help you get full marks in this part.

 You have about two months for the NEET exam. And we can assume that you have completed more than 75 percent of your chemistry syllabus. So, start taking mock tests every day. With the help of solid practice, you will be able to memorize the complex parts of the NEET Chemistry syllabus, and you will be prepared full for NEET Test.

• Solve Previous Year's Question Paper:

Not only is solving sample papers, giving the mock tests important but solving the NEET previous year's question paper is necessary. It will help you understand the question patterns, marking scheme, and topic weightage. You can easily find out how many questions are in one chapter. It will help you quickly revise your weak points and increase your time management skills.
